Latiera D. Streeter is a native of Daytona Beach, FL and holds a B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University (NCA&T SU). While at NCA&T SU, she served as Miss North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University 2004-2005 as well as Miss Junior 2003-2004. Latiera later received her MBA with a concentration in International Business from Howard University in 2014. 

Ms. Streeter has over 13 years of accounting, compliance, internal controls, business operations, financial and strategic management experience. She is very passionate about developing sustainable solutions for a myriad of client presented challenges. Prior to joining her current management consulting firm, Latiera spent four years as an internal auditor where she provided guidance and direction for numerous clients utilizing her expertise in compliance and internal controls. 

Latiera uses her financial and business acumen as well as her passion for helping others by assuming various leadership positions in the community. She is the co-founder of Queen to Queen, Inc., an organization that fosters relationships among current and former queens of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and supports the legacy of the HBCU queen. She also is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Inc. where she currently serves at the Rituals Chairman and a member of the North Atlantic Region’s Hodegos Committee; an Audit Committee member of the Washington, DC National Pan-Hellenic Council; current Vice President of her discipleship group at Alfred Street Baptist Church and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. 

Latiera continues to find inspiration in the anonymously written quote “Care more than others think is wise, risk more than others think is safe, dream more than others think is practical and expect more than others think is possible." When not in the office, Latiera enjoys traveling, reading and shopping; but she is truly in her element when planning events and spending time with family and friends.
